Previously concentrated in New York City, Hellotickets has expanded into five additional major U.S. markets: Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Miami.

Lower fees enabled more competitive ticket pricing, increasing the likelihood of Hellotickets surfacing as the displayed listing and converting browsers into buyers.

Hellotickets reports a very low rate of fulfillment issues. When problems do arise, the Automatiq team responds in real time via a shared Slack channel with near-instant response times.
